A warm welcome to my Little Kingdom Day Nursery. Our Ethos is Learning with Nature inspired by
the Forest School approach.

The theory behind being outdoors, is that it allows children to connect with nature promoting health
and well-being. The outdoor environment gives children a practicable understanding of the world
around them. Nature is the best classroom.

The use of natural materials will encourage investigation, exploration and creative thinking which
will support children’s holistic development.

The goal of early childhood education is to active the child’s own natural desire to learn, lets trust
them as learners.

My Little Kingdom is a purpose built Childcare setting situated in Prudhoe.
We offer childcare for children aged 0 – 5 years.

The nursery is situated in such a place where we can really embrace the local community and
everything it has to offer.

Our families will love the rich sense of community found in our Little Kingdom. Following the Early
years Foundation Stage curriculum reflects our values for strong relationships with parents,
teachers, children and our wonderful community.
